I am so sorry for your loss. May the words of our loving heavenly Father bring your family comfort and strength during this most difficult time as He promises to bring our loved ones back to life in a perfect world where there will be no more suffering or death (John 5:28-29 & Revelation 21:4).

My sympathy to Jeff and family and Karen, Dan, Linda, and Ed and families and of course Rachel and Lyman's sister, Joan. My dad, Rex McHenry was at Blair Ridge from Jan.- June, 2016 until his passing on June 15 that year. Mom, Dad, and I would go for walks in Blair Ridge and stopped and talked with Lyman and Rachel. It was nice talking to them. Lyman was a good guy and he lived a good, long life. It's never easy, losing a parent. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. I hope your dad will live on in your many good memories of him.
In sympathy,
Jim and Pam (McHenry) Cole

I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. Here is a prayer that has helped me put things in perspective:

We seem to give them back to you, Oh God,
who gave them to us.
Yet as you did not lose them in giving,
so we do not lose them by their return.
For life is eternal and love is immortal,
and death is only a horizon,
and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.
