Marjorie Lee Musselman Tomson, 96, Denver, Indiana, passed away at 6:50 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at her residence.
Born May 20, 1922, in Chili, Indiana, she was the daughter of Oscar and Viola Martindale Musselman. She was married to Herbert O. Tomson on December 25, 1941, and he preceded her in death on August 17, 2002.
She was a member of Skinner Chapel for most of her life where she was active for many years with the ladies’ aid.
Survivors include her three children, Phil (Joyce) Tomson, Denver; Terry (Karen) Tomson, Denver; Debbie (Mike) Miller, Akron; six grandchildren, Jeffrey Tomson, Brian Tomson, Tami Speth, Troy (Angie) Tomson, Adam Miller, and Greg (Gabrielle) Miller; three step-grandchildren, Doug Shrock, Chris Shrock, and Elizabeth Benziger; ten great-grandchildren and seven step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Lela Lucille Layman, Velma Scott, and Betty Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, with Pastor David Noel officiating. Burial will be in Chili Community Cemetery, Chili, Indiana.
Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Skinner Chapel, 6910 N County Road 1050 East, Denver, Indiana, in rural Cass County.
Please note the visitation will be at the church and the funeral will be held at the funeral home.
