Charles Earl Enyart

Charles Earl Enyart, 85, Peru, passed away at 10:32 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020, at his residence.

Born November 1, 1934, in Macy, Indiana, he was the son Nathan B. and Myrtle A. Williams Enyart.  On January 1, 1983, at Swayzee, Indiana, he was married to Kathy Ann Sutton, and she survives.  

He had worked in construction for many years, retiring from Burns Construction in 1989.

He is survived by his wife Kathy A. Enyart, Peru; four children, Ruby Lyle, Kokomo; Nathan (Ann) Enyart, Kokomo; Charles D. Enyart; Roanoke; Anna Marie Enyart, Columbia City; several grandchildren; four sisters, Alpha Marie Thomason, Arkansas; Ethel Mae Smith, Lafayette; Ellie Haynes, New Castle; and Nora Rose Enyart, Lafayette; a close friend who was like a son, Steve Atkins, Kokomo; and close friend, Janice Fisher, Logansport.  Also surviving are four siblings, Marie Thomason, Arkansas; Ethel Smith, Lafayette; Eleanor Haynes, New Castle; and Nora Enyart, Lafayette.

Preceded him in death was one daughter, Tabitha Rose Cobb; and one sister, Myrtle Omega Enyart.

A private graveside service was held for family at Five Corners Cemetery, Macy.
