Diane Lynn (Sharrett) Peppers

Diane Lynn Peppers, 61, Denver, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne. 

Born June 21, 1961, in Davenport, Iowa, she was the daughter of Kenneth LeRoy Sharrett, Sr. and Dorothy C. (Scott) Sharrett.  On May 21, 1988, in Davenport, Iowa, she was married to Michael Allen Peppers, and he survives.  

She attended high school in Davenport, Iowa.  She worked in various retail jobs over the years and enjoyed going out shopping.  

Survivors include her husband, Mike Peppers, Denver;  daughter, Jami (Derek) Irwin, Kewanna; son, Keith Peppers, Denver; mother, Dorothy Sharrett, Davenport; sister, Chris Ann (Todd) Hendricks, Davenport; four grandchildren, Vivian Butner, Angel Butner, Hunter Butner, and Marybeth Hooper; and father and mother-in-law, Bill and Sharon Peppers, Denver.  
She was preceded in death by her father, and one brother, Kenneth LeRoy Sharrett, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2022, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, with Pastor Tom Richards.  Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Denver.  

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Monday, at the funeral home. 

Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital.
