Katherin Marie (Hardwick) Watkins

Katherin Marie Watkins, 50, formerly of Grant County, and currently of Mexico, Indiana, passed away at 3:18 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Marion General Hospital, Marion.  
 
Born February 26, 1972, in Marion, Indiana, she was the daughter of John Henry Hardwick and Norma Charlene (Porter) Hardwick Smith.  She was married to Max Watkins, who preceded her in death.
 
She enjoyed watching football, going to races, playing bingo, and spending time with family.
 
Survivors include her daughter, Jesse (Nathan) Collins, Mexico; grandchildren, Corey Collins, Riley Collins and Peyton Collins, all of Mexico; brothers, Frank Hardwick, Elwood and Donald Hardwick, Wabash; and sister, Missy (Dean) Pyle. Fairmount.  She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Tamara Hardwick, Fairmount; Cherokee Emerson, Elwood; Kyle Hardwick, Marion; Samantha Hardwick, Marion.
 
A time of visitation with the family will be from 5-7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2022, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana.
