Larry A. Condon, 77, Peru, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018, in the Emergency Room of Logansport Memorial Hospital, Logansport.
Born on August 17, 1940, in rural Peru, Indiana, he was the second child of Loren A. and Clara B. Hunter Condon. On August 9, 1964, in Peru, Indiana, he married the former Patricia J. Baker.
He was a member of the Mexico Church of the Brethren, Mexico Lions Club, and the Pioneer Tractor Club. He retired after thirty years from Chrysler Corporation, Kokomo
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Condon, Peru; and their three daughters, Rebecca (John) Blackburn, Francesville, IN; Jayne (Clay) Pugh, Peru; and Tricia (Mark) Majors, Denver; ten grandchildren, Cory (Taylor) St. Clair, Rena (Tanner) Johnson; Cody (Isabella) Pugh; Alexander Rider, Gretchen Blackburn, Keith Pugh, Clarissa Blackburn, Nicholas Rider, Avery Blackburn, and Lindsey Pugh; eight great-grandchildren; and one niece, Debbie (Pat) Townsend.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Karen Kay Scott; and a granddaughter, Mandi Blackburn.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 29, 2018, at the Mexico Church of the Brethren with Pastor Matt Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Mexico.
Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Sunday at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.
