Mona M. (Click) Kennedy

Mona M. (Click) Kennedy, 70, Denver, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.

Born March 25, 1953, in Peru, Indiana, she was the daughter of Russell Elbert and Avis Irene (McCutcheon) Click.

She attended North Miami High School and had worked at various places in the area including Woodcrest Manufacturing, Gallahan’s Truck Stop, Miller’s Merry Manor-Logansport, and Classico.  She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Peru.

Survivors include two children, Cassie Leavell, Wabash; and Timothy (Roxanne) Ciavardoni, Peru; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three brothers, William (Cathy) Click, Denver; Ed (Sandra) Click, Denver; and Dave Click (Darlene Elshire), Peru; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Oliver Glassburn; and two grandsons, Eric Jefferson Jones and Brayton Kelsor.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at the First Church of the Nazarene, Peru, Indiana, with Pastor Mark Elliott officiating.

Private burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.
