Tammy Ann (Roark) Mosley, 52, Denver, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne.

Born September 4, 1967, in Peru, Indiana, she was the daughter of Carter and Barbara Ann (Allen) Roark. On April 1, 2001, she was married to Carl Mosley, and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2015.

Survivors include her three children, Christy Howell, Peru; Kenny E. Howell, Jr., Logansport; and Candice Mosley, Denver; one granddaughter, Isabell Cannon, Peru; mother, Barbara Roark, Peru; sister, Rhonda Roark, Elkhart; three brothers, Thomas Roark, Peru; Edward Roark, Peru; and Jamie Roark, Greensburg.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her father.

A celebration of life will be held by the family and announced later.
