Thomas E. Rogers 57, Peru, Indiana, passed away at 1:49 A.M. Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Thomas was born on July22, 1965 in Logansport, Indiana, the son of Elmer John Rogers and Eva Lee (Doan) Rogers Hutter.
Thomas had worked in the restaurant industry for most of his life having worked at Harvey Hinklemeiers and currently employed at Beef O’Brady’s in Peru. He enjoyed playing his guitar, music, going to concerts, working on cars, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his fiance’, Kathy Harper, Peru, Indiana, daughters, Brandi (Seth) Reyes, Leesburg, Indiana, Jamie Rogers, Peru, Indiana, step-children, Jerod Harvey, Peru, Indiana, Brandon (Bree) Orpurt, Kokomo, Indiana, Reanna (Alex) Lockhart, Peru, Indiana, siblings, Richard Whitaker, Peru, Indiana, Terry (Mark) Sampson, Macy, Indiana, Jane (Wayne) Mutch, Peru, Indiana, Andrew Whitaker, Mexico, Indiana, numerous grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Dad, Arthur Hutter who raised him, and mother, Eva Lee Hutter.
Memorial visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Friday July 7, 2023 at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana. Online condolences may be expressed at mcclainfh.com
